Reminders:
- April 6: Public Speaking Contest, 6:30 pm Extension Office.
- April 11: Roller skating in Grant, 4-6 pm
- April 13: SW4 meal, 5:45 pm Extension Office.
- April 17-18: Open livestock shows in Sterling, CO. Contact me for info.
- April 20: QSA, 6:00 pm fairgrounds, **THIS IS MANDATORY!**
NEXT MEETING: May 2, 1:30 at fairgrounds, AND May 20, TBA
SNACKS: Hartman Family
COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT: April 13, serving the meal at the SW 4 Extension Office. I will be sending an e-mail asking for a few food items. You may drop them off at the extension office so you don't need to make a special trip into town.
The sheep barn is done! What a surprise! We had some busy and very secretive bees complete the project. THANK YOU!!!
The canival was a success! Congratulations to the committee who designed the Key to the Future booth! They received third place for their efforts.
Thanks to all who helped this past weekend, you all are a great bunch!

Concession stand MARCH 28th
Dream Chasers: We will be serving the concessions at the wrestling tournament on March 28th. Please watch for an e-mail with times to sign up. Serving time will be from 11:30 to 5:30 (or when we run out of food!) I also will need coolers! Thanks guys!

Wash Rack Committee: Shandra, Stephen, Lauren, Dawn, Trace & Craig.
Fan Committee: Blair, Aiden, Regan & Stevie.
These two committees are working on information for more improvements. Please get together and come up with a plan to present at the next meeting!
NEXT MEETING: May 2 at the exhibit building. Snacks: Hartman's.

- March 25: Carnival booth set up 5-6 pm at exhibit building.
- March 26: 4-H Carnival 7-9 p.m. The work schedule will be e-mailed around the 15th. Remember to bring one pie or cake for the cakewalk and one baked item or a $5 donation for the country store. Please no eggs, cream pies or canned goods.
- March 28: Wresting tournament concession? Will call if needed.
- March 30: All public speaking (PSA) outlines due in the office by 4 pm.
- April 5: Clover challenge contest for 12 and up, 4 pm. Contact the ext. office for more info.
- April 6: Public speaking contest at 6:30 pm at the ext. office.
- April 11: 4-H roller skating in Grant 4-6 pm. Sponsored by the Chase County All Stars. $5 per person.
- April 13: 5:45 pm - serve the SW4 extension board meal. I will call for volunteers and donations when the time comes near.
- April 20: Quality Assurance at 6 pm at the fairgrounds. **THIS IS MANDATORY**
- June 6: Chase County Progress Show.

March 26: Carnival 7:00 p.m. **Bring 1 Baked Item and 1 Cake or Brownie Batch**
March 30: PSA Outlines Due to the Extension Office
COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT: March 13, March 27, or April 10. Please communicate any conflicts so we can set a date.
Bring a good rake (each) to level out the sand in the sheep/beef barns. The more workers we have, the better faster we'll get done! Thanks to Nick Smith & family for donating sand and taking the time to haul it into town.
